Original Parts Policy

Standard operating procedure dictates that all engine components, whether internal or external, are slated for immediate disposal upon the conclusion of the initial teardown and inspection phase. By authorizing service, the Purchaser acknowledges that all removed parts are considered scrap and will be discarded unless otherwise specified in writing.

Should the Purchaser require the retention and return of any specific engine components, such a request must be formally submitted and documented prior to the commencement of disassembly. In the event that a timely request is made, Oregon Precision Powersports, LLC will set aside said components, which shall be returned to the Purchaser in 'as-is' condition. All costs associated with the handling, packaging, and freight of these components shall be the exclusive financial responsibility of the Purchaser.
